I’ve noticed that a lot has changed over the years, yet leaders have pretty much stayed the same. Most are afraid of disruption. They continue the status quo out of fear. How else can you explain why  poor and mediocre workers are allowed to remain in place and why more workers than ever are seeking new job opportunities?
