Why?
A few years ago I was advised by my boss that I’m a disruptive leader. At first I took offense to the comment, however the more I thought about it the more I realized being a disruptive leader was not a bad trait at all.
Thought it would be interesting to start a website / blog featuring first person perspectives, articles and videos regarding being a Disruptive Leader.
